Crianlarich Upper

At Crianlarich Upper in 1969, a Class 27 sits in the northbound platform with an empty timber train while a Glasgow-bound service pauses in the station. The photographer did not leave notes on the photograph, but one guesses that the 27 was about to reverse its train down the spur to the former Caledonian line, so as to deposit the wagons at the Crianlarich Lower timber depot.
