This depot was approached by a north facing junction. The factory built cars for Rootes. The sidings also included Linwood Pressed Steel which built the class 303 electric 'blue trains' for Glasgow's local electrified railways. The works is now demolished (demolished around 1986/87) and the site of an industrial estate.
