This line ran through farmland in the south of the Black Isle.
From Muir of Ord to Fortrose. Initially the line was to continue to Rosemarkie but the construction never began.
This is a station on the former Inverness and Ross-shire Railway. The junction for Fortrose was at the north end and the line curved away to the east. The alignment of the old line can still be seen because the row of houses which backed onto it are on a gentle curve.
The station building and platform remain here.
The station has been demolished and an industrial estate established.
The site of the station is now a children's playground.
The site of the station is now a housing estate. The name is pronounced "Auch".
This was the terminus of the line. The station site is now a car-park. A weight bridge and hut remain.
