From Brechin to Edzell.
Brechin West Junction

Brechin North Junction
This view looks East. To the left lines ran towards Bridge
of Dun, to the right they ran towards the Brechin terminus. About half a mile
behind the camera the Edzell line branches off the the left (now the trackbed
is a housing estate) and the Forfar
and Brechin Railway branches off to the right. The by-pass line running
between here and Brechin East junction was closed at an early date. Subsequently
the two lines approaching Brechin from the North and West ran as two parallel
railways which looked like a double track railway.
