This line ran through farmed countryside to Alyth. There is a Golf Course to the east of Alyth.
From Alyth Junction (near Meigle) to Alyth.
This terminus had a single platform with a short wooden roof which was supported by the station building and the side of the nearby goods shed. There was a locomotive shed here. The station site is now occupied by housing.
This single platform has disappeared although the course of the line is still visible.
The platform at this station still exists.
Here the Alyth Branch joined the Scottish Midland Junction Railway at a west facing junction. There was also a platform for the branch to the north which connected through Newtyle by a flyover the main line.
